  2. Let us know what you ordered and why it wasn't the right fit.
  3. We process your refund to the original payment method.

That's it. No return shipping, no forms to fill out.

What's Not Covered

  • Repeat product purchases. The guarantee is for your first order of a product, so you can try it risk-free.
  • Subscription renewals. These can be refunded within 14 days if the product is unopened.
  • Bulk orders, or several bottles of the same product in one order. Contact us directly for those.
