You can return unopened items for up to 14 days from the date you receive it.

Any item you return must be in the same condition you received it, unopened, and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.

Customer agrees to pay for shipping for returned items.

Returned items must contain a packing slip explaining reason for return, plus a return number issued by Honest Formulas.
